About 100 breast cancer supporters, family members and survivors took part in a charity golf event to raise money for the fight against the disease.
The group Play For Pink played a charity golf tournament at the Leewood County Club in Eastchester.
Last year, organizers say they raised more than $8,000 at the event. They hope that this year they will raise over $10,000.
The money will go toward the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, breast cancer killed more than 40,000 women and almost 500 men in 2010.
