A 24-year-old Monsey man is recovering this morning after being seriously injured when he was hit by car in Kaser Monday night.
Police say the accident happened around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Route 306 and Phyllis Terrace. They say the man was in the roadway when he was struck.
Emergency responders rushed the victim to Westchester Medical Center where he's in serious condition with severe head trauma.
The driver stayed on the scene and hasn't been charged with any wrongdoing.
