A Rockland County woman reached a major milestone Monday with Meals on Wheels.

Helen D'Agostino has been delivering meals for Meals on Wheels since it first opened 45 years ago. On Monday, she delivered the nonprofit's 10 millionth meal.

The Pearl River resident says she's hardly ever missed a delivery day in that time, despite snowstorms, hurricanes and other obstacles.

In total, volunteers in Rockland deliver more than 600 meals daily to thousands of annual clients in the area.
