A Pace University employee is facing charges Friday after police say he had sex with a 16-year-old boy.
Frank Andriola is the manager of network services for Pace University at its Briarcliff Manor campus. Police in East Fishkill, located in Dutchess County, say they found Andriola and a teenage boy having sex in a car on Saturday. Police say the two apparently met on MySpace. Andriola is charged with engaging in a criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. In addition to his work at Pace, Andriola is a volunteer with the Mahopac Falls Fire Department and an ambulance driver with the Pleasantville Ambulance Corps. A Dutchess County grand jury is now reviewing the case. Andriola is being held at the Dutchess County Jail on $50,000 bail.
