DPW crews across the region were racing against time Tuesday to clear downed trees and debris ahead of Wednesday’s storm.
Warwick DPW Commissioner Jeff Feagles said the two back-to-back storms had workers out in full force and that there was still much more to do.
Feagles said they were bracing for possibly more than a foot of snow coupled with blizzard-like conditions.
"We are a little fatigued. But I know my guys are doing a great job,” he said. “They know what they got to do and they do it very well, so we are ready to go again."
Drivers are reminded to keep roads clear of parked cars when possible for plows to get through.
