The Orange County district attorney says Carlos Martinez was arrested for possession of a weapon after a three-month multiagency investigation into drugs and illegal weapons in the Town of Chester.
Authorities say the investigation uncovered two ghost guns, scales for weighing drugs, ammunition and over $5,000 in cash.
