New York State Thruway Authority officials say there won't be toll hike next year for drivers going over the Tappan Zee Bridge.
Officials also covered plans for the new span during a budget meeting Monday in Albany.
Next year, a special advisory board will determine what the toll will be for the new bridge.
Officials have also delayed the opening of the first span from the end of 2016 to mid-2017.
