Authorities say they found drugs on a driver in Nyack earlier this week.
Orangetown officers say they found Chris Yaniga's car stopped on Artopee Way overnight Thursday with him asleep behind the wheel.
News 12 is told that Yaniga was under the influence of drugs, and was believed to have crack cocaine and heroin on him.
Yaniga was released on bail.
