The second Dallas nurse who contracted Ebola has been released from the hospital virus-free.
Amber Vinson was diagnosed after treating Thomas Eric Duncan, a Liberian man who died of Ebola in Texas earlier this month.
Vinson spoke from Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, thanking God, her doctors and her family. She added, "While this is a day of celebration and gratitude, I ask that we not lose focus on the thousands of families who continue to labor under the burden of this disease in West Africa."
Nina Pham, the first nurse to contract Ebola from Duncan, was released from the hospital on Friday.
