People came from all around the region to celebrate National Hot Dog Day at Walter's in Mamaroneck.

While the business did not offer free hot dogs, Walter's did have a contest aimed at helping customers celebrate the day as well as the longevity of the family-owned business.

The business asked its loyal customers to bring in some of their favorite Walter's pictures to be entered in a raffle.

The winner will receive items including Walter's T-shirts and other souvenirs.
