The woman suspected in the "Murder on the Hudson" case faced a judge in Orange County yesterday.
Lawyers for Angelika Graswald, 36, want an 11- hour interrogation video thrown out as evidence.
Graswald is accused of murdering her fiancé, Vincent Viafore, while the two kayaked in Cornwall last spring. Prosecutors say Graswald was looking to cash in on a hefty life insurance policy.
Defense attorney Richard Portale say his client is looking forward to clearing her name. "She's doing great. She's grounded. She's got both feet on the ground and she's looking forward to seeing the light again."
Graswald's trial is expected to begin sometime this spring.
