I-95 has fully reopened after a crash involving three trucks snarled traffic this morning.

State police say the crash happened on I-95 north at Exit 16 in New Rochelle around 4:50 a.m.

Delays went back to the Westchester/Bronx border as crews cleared the trucks from the highway.

The highway fully reopened around 7 a.m.

Police say there were no major injuries and no fuel spill.
