More than a dozen people were arrested after police busted a multi-million dollar sports gambling ring in Harrison Saturday.
The 18 suspects are accused of using the Internet to take bets on sporting events. According to police, people could place bets on anything from the Kentucky Derby to boxing matches.
The suspects are from Westchester, New York City and New Jersey. The alleged ringleader is from Harrison. The DA's office says it has been watching the group for about a year and a half.
