MTA: Man arrested for attempted robbery and harassment of commuter

MTA officials say Carlos Rosales is charged with attempted robbery, second degree harassment and unlawful imprisonment.

A man has been arrested in connection to an attempted robbery and attack on a commuter at the Mamaroneck Metro-North Station, according to authorities.
MTA officials say Carlos Rosales is charged with attempted robbery, second degree harassment and unlawful imprisonment.
They say he asked the man for money and when he was told that 75 cents was all the commuter had, he allegedly grabbed the victim's arm, pushed him, and blocked his path.
The victim says he was not injured and did not give any more money.
