Federal authorities and Mount Vernon police arrested a man in a 2018 death.
James Bazemore faces federal charges in the death of 37-year-old Tasheen Williams.

He was shot outside of this home on Union Avenue during the day on April 30, 2018.

A second man was charged with providing Bazemore with the gun he allegedly used to commit the crime.

Authorities say Bazemore was a member of a racketeering enterprise involved in narcotics distribution, and that Williams was a rival.

If convicted, Bazemore faces life in prison.
