The mother of a Bronx teen who was shot and killed by police is offering her reaction to the decision in the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.

Ramarley Graham was shot and killed by police inside his Wakefield home back in 2012. He was 18 years old.

Graham's mother Constance Malcolm says the decision of the grand jury not to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson did not surprise her.

Malcolm says the decision is giving the wrong message to people in the United States. The decision is showing, she says, "As long as you have a gun and a badge, you can get away with murder. You are above the law."

Malcolm also sent her condolences to the Brown family.

In regard to the violence that has erupted since the decision, Malcolm says people are going about it the wrong way because they are frustrated. "Violence is never the answer," she says.
