A heat advisory is in effect Friday with feels like temperatures near 100 degrees.
Friday starts out with sunshine and temperatures rising to near 90 degrees with feels-like temperatures near 100.
Watch for scattered showers and storms between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. with gusty winds, local heavy rain, and frequent lightning.
The weather clears at night and it won't be as hot or humid for the weekend.
Saturday looks like the nicer day with sun and clouds. Highs will be near 85 degrees.
Expect more clouds for Sunday with the chance for showers and storms in the afternoon. There will be some dry time in the morning. Highs will be near 82 degrees.
Temperatures heat up again early next week with highs in the 80s to near 90 degrees.
