A missing developmentally disabled teen was found at the Putnam County Jail Thursday, under a different name.
Police say 16-year-old Francisco Lopez-Soto was arrested because he was drunk in public. He was also charged with resisting arrest while being armed with a broken bottle.
Soto went missing last Sunday, and his family printed fliers and spoke to the media about him.
Authorities say Soto gave them a fake name and age, but a corrections officer recognized the teen.
Soto is being held on $25,000 bail. He may face deportation because officials say he came to the United States from Guatemala illegally.
