Westchester has a new millionaire, thanks to Sunday's Powerball drawing.
The winning million-dollar ticket was bought at the New Roc Deli at 215 North Ave. in New Rochelle.
New Roc Deli owner Ahmed Alshrfi doesn't know who purchased the winning ticket, but he takes pride in the fact it was bought at his store.
The $429 million jackpot winner from New Jersey has not come forward yet.
