A family in Middletown is proudly displaying their newborn triplets.
The babies were born at Orange Regional Medical Center nearly three weeks ago. They are the second set of triplets born at that hospital.
Parents Joe and Tammi Andre, of Scotchtown, showed off their little ones Wednesday while holding 3-year-old big brother Jack. The triplets, Peter, Gianna and Emma Frances, were delivered healthy but two months early.
They have been in the NICU since, steadily gaining weight in preparation to go home. Baby Peter is set to go home first on Friday, and the parents say all three should be home by mid-month.
The dad, who works as a part-time police officer in Wallkill and full-time fireman in Middletown, is set to go back to work soon.
