A man charged in a fatal stabbing in Peekskill last year pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges Monday in Westchester County Court.
According to the Westchester District Attorney’s Office, Walter Bustos-Solis was accused of stabbing Carlos Rodriguez following an altercation on Main Street. He died six days later.
Bustos-Solis, 45, was later apprehended by federal authorities in Mexico in June before being extradited to the United States.
He now faces up to 15 years in prison when sentenced next month.
