For a second time in six months, a Croton man was administered Narcan, or naloxone, which reverses the effects of opiates.
Police said they responded to a call at a house on Grand Street Thursday afternoon where they found the unresponsive 27-year-old.
Officers Eric Peterman and Eric Seymour administered Narcan, which revived the man. The man was then taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital.
In February, police administered Narcan to the same man after he was found not breathing.
