Man indicted in mother-daughter double homicide in Valley Cottage

Rockland authorities say Robert Williams has been indicted by a grand jury for the murders of a mother and daughter in Valley Cottage.
Kathleen Castor, 27, and her 63-year-old mother, Wanda, were both fatally shot in May. Kathleen's newborn was found in the apartment unharmed.
Police say Williams was the former domestic partner to Kathleen Castor.
Williams was arraigned on murder charges Friday and is being held at the Rockland County Jail.
