A Mount Vernon man is now facing a federal gun charge in connection with a shooting outside a local day care center.
Raheem Jones was arrested after police say shots were fired between two cars in front of the New Rochelle Day Nursery on Tuesday.
Investigators say one man who was shot during the incident is still hospitalized.
