Police say a volunteer providing computer services for a New City church is accused of using the church's computers for child pornography.
John Wu, of Nanuet, was arrested after a six-month investigation.
The trail that led police to computers at the Germonds Presbyterian Church was first noticed by investigators of the Rockland County Sheriff's Office late last year.
The 60-year-old is charged with downloading and trading child pornography.
Wu was released on $3,500 bail following his arraignment in Clarkstown Town Court.
He is due back in court on July 15.
