Starving dog found abandoned in Marlboro

A shocking discovery was made at the Dutchess County SPCA, where a tub of kittens was found dumped in the parking lot.

Fortunately, a staff member spotted the kittens and quickly brought them inside to safety.

The facility is now reviewing video footage to try to identify the person responsible for abandoning the kittens.

The SPCA is reminding the public that they should contact them first to surrender animals properly, ensuring they receive the care they need.
