Dozens of kids in New Rochelle got a head start on New Year's celebrations.
At New Roc City, children between 2 and 10 years old enjoyed their own version of the Times Square ball drop with the sixth annual 'Ring in the New Year at Noon.'
This year's program also featured face painting, arts and crafts, kiddie rides, clowns, a wheel of chance, games and raffle prizes.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Westchester Children's Museum.
