A Brooklyn man is behind bars for allegedly kidnapping two Jewish children from the Hudson Valley during Hanukkah. 

A complaint filed in White Plains Federal Court says 14-year-old Yante Teller and her 12-year-old brother, Chaim, were found across the border in Mexico with an ultra-orthodox Jewish group. 

As News 12 reported, the siblings went missing from their Sullivan County home on Dec. 8.
