Kevin Bacon spent time mingling with many of his fans in Yonkers last night.
The TV and film star was at the Alamo Drafthouse for a tribute to the 25th anniversary of his 1990 cult classic "Tremors."
The film is considered one of last monster movies released before the use of "computer-generated imagery" or CGI. Bacon says a film like "Tremors" didn't need fancy technological. "If a movie is well done and it's executed in a way that makes those moments scary or funny or cool, you don't need all those bells and whistles to make them work. Something very, very simple can work like magic," says Bacon
"Tremors" fans got see the movie last night in its original 35-mm format.
