Shomo pleaded guilty to operating as a major trafficker.

A man is facing charges for allegedly impersonating an NYPD officer in the town of Ramapo. Ramapo Police say a suspicious vehicle was parked in the driveway of a home in Montebello. He's now charged with impersonating a public servant and possession of a forged instrument.

A former aide to former Gov. Andrew Cuomo has had his conviction overturned by the Supreme Court. Joseph Percocco, of South Salem, was convicted of taking more than $300,000 in bribes.
