Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says a Monroe man drowned in the Delaware River on Friday night. Anthony Lange, 53, was reported missing in the area of the Kittatinny Campground in Barryville the next afternoon.
When deputies searched the area, they found a set of clothing laid out on the shore, but there was no sign of the man. Lange's body was later recovered on the Pennsylvania shoreline in Lackawaxen. “This drowning appears to be the first of the season," said Sullivan County Sheriff Michael Schiff in prepared remarks." Hopefully, it is the last. Do not underestimate the power of the Delaware River. Always wear a life jacket when you go near the water."

He was transported to a local hospital. Ramapo detectives got a confession from a female suspect. She was arrested and is facing multiple charges.
