Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
A man accused of attacking a woman with feces has been arrested again. Police say he was released on bail after the incident in the Bronx. The NYPD says they arrested the man again after he spit on and made anti-Jewish remarks to a man in Brooklyn. News 12 is told that incident took place back in September.

Sleepy Hollow firefighters can once again display flags on their fire trucks. The village board voted four to two to allow the flags. Fire officials say they remember firefighters who died in the line of duty. Others associate them with being political. The village's fire chief says he was pleased they got the support of four board members.

The Westchester Broadway Theatre is refunding money to some ticket holders. The state attorney general’s office says they recovered more than $1 million for customers who bought tickets to shows that were canceled because of COVID-19. The theatre has agreed to refund all tickets and gift certificates bought before March 2020.
