Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his longtime girlfriend Sandra Lee are selling their Westchester home.
According to real estate records, Lee plans on listing the Bittersweet Lane home in New Castle for $2.3 million. The home is 4,000-square feet and sits on a large duck pond.
Realtor Maryanne Durr says once the home is for sale, the appeal to live in the already desirable location will grow.
Residents say they have enjoyed their high profile neighbors.
"Andrew Cuomo showed up at the Memorial Day parade last year, so we'll see if he shows up this year," says Mount Kisco resident Elizabeth Dawson.
Although Cuomo and Lee are leaving the lower Hudson Valley, they're not splitting up. On Facebook, Lee denied a Page Six report which states otherwise.
She said, "Andrew and I are still very much together after 14 years. We share three beautiful daughters that I helped raise and a beautiful home, Lily Pond, where we live."
Cuomo told reporters they don't need the home anymore because his three daughters are adults now.
