Police say an Orange County man was killed Wednesday night in a car crash.

Goshen Town Police say 52-year-old John Smith, of Florida, was driving on Route 94 when his 1967 Chevy convertible veered off the roadway.

The car struck a guardrail and turned over.

Smith, who was on his way home from a car show, had to be extricated from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash is under investigation.
