State lawmakers are clashing over whether the Senate will conduct business Wednesday.Republicans say they will be holding a session with Sen. Dean Skelos (R- Rockville Centre) as majority leader. Democratic lawmakers say they won't unlock the building and won't allow anyone to enter until the power struggle is settled. Republicans say they will meet in a park if they can't enter the building.Two city Democrats declared Monday they will now vote with Republicans, swinging the majority back to the GOP. Democrats turned off the lights to try to stop the coup, but it did not halt the power play.
