Former Port Chester fire captain, owner of Tee’s Service Center dies at 76

Robert “Tee” Thalheimer lived in Port Chester his entire life. He owned and operated Tee’s Service Station on Putnam Avenue for 40 years.

The Port Chester community is mourning the loss of a former fire captain. 
Robert “Tee” Thalheimer lived in Port Chester his entire life. He owned and operated Tee’s Service Station on Putnam Avenue for 40 years.
Thalheimer was a member of the volunteer fire department for 60 years.
He died last Friday. He was 76.
Thalheimer is survived by his wife, kids, grandkids and brother.
He is set to be buried Wednesday in Rye.
