Former Haverstraw Deputy Mayor Emily Dominguez is facing charges of grand larceny.

Dominguez had stepped down from her position last month. She's accused of stealing more than $11,000 dollars in funds and donations from the Rockland Community Foundation not-for-profit organization.

Police say Dominguez was aided by her sister and mother.

All three will be back in court later this month.
