A former music teacher at Hastings-on-Hudson Union Free School District has pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child.
Michael Rubino, 63, of Hartsdale, entered his plea in Village Court, according to a court clerk.
He was arrested in September in connection with an incident that occurred in June, during which he allegedly hugged and kissed a student without her consent.
Rubino retired from his teaching position in July.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in March.
