co-worker while she was asleep.
Westchester County District
Attorney Miriam E. Rocah says Terry Parker, 29, was sentenced to 10 years of probation on Tuesday.
Parker, who was employed as
an EMT in Mount Vernon at the time of the incident, will also be required to
register as a sex offender.
Authorities say Parker pleaded guilty to sexually abusing the victim while
she was asleep in his car back in 2021. Parker was driving the victim, who he
knew from work, from a social gathering.
