A former DEA agent is facing charges Wednesday after investigators say he was running a strip club filled with dancers who were in this country illegally.

The FBI arrested David Polos, of West Nyack, and his former DEA colleague Glen Glover, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, for allegedly concealing their partial ownership of the Twins Plus Go Go Lounge in South Hackensack, New Jersey.

The 20-page criminal complaint unsealed in Manhattan federal court accuses both men of helping to run the topless club. Authorities say the club offered private rooms where sex for money was caught on video.

The complaint also alleges that Polos used his status as a DEA agent to handle disputes at the club, sometimes even brandishing a firearm.

Polos had been with the DEA since 1991 and retired last month. The charges he's facing could land him in prison for five years.
