longtime resident in Orange County.
Roger Smith, 60, of Rock Tavern was found inside his kitchen
at the home on Shaw Road on Sunday night. Authorities say the fire began
around 7 p.m.
His family told News 12 that Smith was an avid collector who
sold items in his home on eBay.
The circumstances for responders were made worse due to the
wintry conditions.
Authorities are still searching for what sparked the fire.
