There are plans to demolish homes destroyed by a massive fire over the weekend.
Fire officials say the blaze started overnight on Saturday at 19 and 21 South Terrace Ave. Investigators say the blaze is suspicious and that they are trying to find out who caused the massive fire.
The fire is spurring the city to ramp up the city's quality of life task force. "We're going to make sure we get these structures demolished by property owners or if they won't, we'll send them the bill," says Mayor Richard Thomas.
Nearly 40 people are displaced, and the American Red Cross is assisting the families still homeless.
Some people displaced from apartments next door have returned back to their homes.
