Fire chief resigns after financial scandal

A Westchester fire chief is stepping down after just four months on the job.
Officials say Irvington chief Joseph Trama, who was sworn-in in April, has resigned.
The department says Trama paid back money after about $1,000 of unauthorized transactions were discovered during a financial review.
The Irvington Fire department says it was a violation of company policy but that the matter has been settled.
