The wild winds that blew into the Hudson Valley Tuesday managed to aid some farm animals in getting free.
Ramapo police responded to the Viola School on Route 202 just outside of Suffern in regard to some animals roaming around. Two horses, a miniature horse and a donkey were found grazing grass next to the school's driveway.
Winds knocked down a metal fence that is used to contain the animals. Owner Barbara Hodosh says the animals decided the grass near the school looked a bit more tasty then their regular feed.
The animals were only out for a short time and are now back safe in their pen.
