Friends and family members of those killed in a crash on the Taconic State Parkway are coming to grips with the shocking findings of a toxicology report. The report, released Tuesday, shows that Diane Schuler had a blood alcohol level of .19 and high levels of THC in her blood. In addition, investigators revealed Schuler still had alcohol in her stomach. Police also say they found a broken bottle of vodka in the car. Schuler, her 2-year-old daughter and three nieces died when police say she drove the wrong way on the Taconic State Parkway on July 26. Three other men from Westchester in another vehicle also died as a result of the accident. Schuler's 5-year-old son survived. Family members of the Westchester victims are now calling for criminal charges to be filed due to the report's findings.
