Former Westchester County District Attorney Jeanine Pirro is taking on the national airwaves in her new courtroom show "Judge Jeanine Pirro."
Airing at 3 p.m. nationwide on the CW network, producers are banking on the new courtroom show to succeed. "Judge Jeanine Pirro" follows the courtroom show formula with the exception of "Pirro?s Principal's," which is where she tries to explain certain principals of law.
Pirro spent 12 years in the county district attorney's office before failed attempts for the United States Senate and state Attorney General?s Office two years ago. She was also the center of a controversy involving a federal probe into allegations she bugged her wayward husband's boat.
