A former Harrison town judge has admitted to driving drunk in Manhattan and causing a crash in 2014.
Mark Lust, who was still a judge at the time of the incident, fled the scene, but was stopped by the driver of the car he crashed into a short time later.
As part of a plea deal, Lust was fined, had his license revoked and must perform community service. He also must use a car Breathalyzer system for a year.
Lust lost his re-election bid last year.
