A Yonkers security guard claims Elmsford Mayor Robert Williams called him the ?N? word when he asked him to move his car.
Security guard James Ebron says Mayor Williams was parked in a fire zone of a Cablevision parking lot Saturday as his wife dropped off a cable box. Ebron says he signaled to the mayor to move, and says Williams flashed a badge.
"I drove off and as I was driving, he said you're a wannabe, meaning a wannabe cop," says Ebron. He called Yonkers police.
After officers spoke to the mayor, Ebron says the cops told him to write it in his report and let it go. Cops left and that?s when Ebron says Williams drove back into the parking lot and approached Ebron.
"[He] came over to me and made a hand signal to roll my window down and started to taunt me ? ?I told you I have power, you don't know who you're messing with, you should be careful who you mess with,? you loser "N" is what he called me and then drove off."
Ebron called cops again, claiming he was almost in tears at that point.
The mayor, however, denies the accusations although he does admit to meeting the guard in the Cablevision parking lot. Williams says he never flashed a badge at Ebron, and told cops he'd be moving quickly.
?That was the end of the story and I drove away and came home," claims Mayor Williams.
