Westchester County police are searching for whoever fled the scene of an early morning accident in Mount Vernon.
A red sedan was found overturned just before 4 a.m. today on the eastbound side of the Cross County Parkway.
The car was heavily damaged with the front end smashed in and most of the windows shattered.
Police tell News 12 there was no one in the car when police got to the scene.
