yesterdayThe driver who police say caused a head-on crash on Pulaski Highway in Goshen this month has been charged for driving while impaired by drugs.
State police say Nicholas Cicio was arrested in Warwick on Saturday, following the crash between an SUV and an electrician utility truck Jan. 18.
At the time, authorities said at least one person was seriously injured in the collision.

Cicio is charged with vehicular assault in the second-degree for causing an injury by an operator impaired by drugs.
